Visitor Information
Customer Information Desk
The Information Kiosk is located at Centre Square and is staffed from 9am-5.30pm Monday to Saturday and 11am-5pm on Sundays. Staff will assist with any queries, lost and found property, and with children who have been separated from their parents. Also available from the Kiosk are Shopping Centre Guides, bus and train timetables, local magazines and newspapers as well as details of local groups and charities.
Toilets
Public toilets, including toilets for disabled customers and a parent and baby room, are located just outside the West Walk entrance. Additional public toilets are located on Rennell Street

Little Shoppers Stay Safe
Being separated, even for a short time, is extremely distressing for both children and adults, particularly in a busy shopping environment. Little Shopper Stay Safe aims to minimise such distress and risk. Free wristbands and information cards are available at the Information Kiosk.
Cash Machine
A cash dispenser is located on North Mall, in Marks & Spencer and Sainsbury's
Post Office
A Post Office is located in the WHSmith store.
Photo Booths
Passport photograph booths are located in West Walk and a digital photograph kiosk is availble in the North Mall
Public Telephones
Card and coin telephones are located in the West Walk and at South Square
Lost Property
Any lost property in the centre is handed in to our Information Desk located in the central square.
