Visitor Information
Customer Information Point
The Information point is located at Central Square and is staffed from 9am-5.30pm Monday to Saturday and 11am-5pm on Sundays. Staff will assist with any queries, lost and found property, and with children who have been separated from their parents.
Toilets
Public toilets, including toilets for disabled customers and a parent and baby room, are located just outside the West Walk entrance.

Little Shoppers Stay Safe
Being separated, even for a short time, is extremely distressing for both children and adults, particularly in a busy shopping environment. Little Shopper Stay Safe aims to minimise such distress and risk. Free wristbands and information cards are available at the Information Point.
Cash Machine
A cash dispenser is located on North Mall, in Marks & Spencer and Sainsbury's
Post Office
A Post Office is located in the WHSmith store.
Photo Booths
Passport photograph booths are located in West Walk and North Mall and a digital photograph kiosk is available in the North Mall
WiFi
Free WiFi connection is available inside the shopping centre.
Lost Property
Any lost property in the centre is handed in to our Information Point located in Central Square.
