Information Kiosk

The Information Kiosk is located at Centre Square and is staffed from 9am-5.30pm Monday to Saturday and 11am-5pm on Sundays. Staff will assist with any queries, lost and found property, and with children who have been separated from their parents. Also available from the Kiosk are Shopping Centre Guides, bus and train timetables, local magazines and newspapers as well as details of local groups and charities.

Public Telephones

Card and coin telephones are located in the West Walk and at South Square.

Public Toilets

Public toilets, including toilets for disabled customers and a parent and baby room, are located just outside the West Walk entrance. Additional public toilets are located on Rennell Street.

Other Facilities

  • Passport photograph booths are located in West Walk.
  • A digital Photograph Kiosk is located in North Mall
  • A cash dispenser is located on North Mall, in Marks & Spencer and Sainsbury's

Shopmobility

Lewisham Shopmobility enables customers with limited mobility - through permanent or temporary disability, illness, accident or age - to shop independently in the Lewisham Shopping Centre and the pedestrianised part of Lewisham High Street. The scheme provides manual wheelchairs, power chairs and scooters and can also arrange for a volunteer escort, if required.

Shopmobility operates seven days a week, from 10am to 4pm excluding Bank Holidays. The Shopmobility offices are located inside the shopping centre at the northern end near Boots and can be accessed via the Borough Mall entrance on Rennell Street.

A changing room is located in the toilets just outside the West Walk entrance.

Little Shopper Stay Safe

Little Child Stay Safe Bear

Being separated, even for a short time, is extremely distressing for both children and adults, particularly in a busy shopping environment. Little Shopper Stay Safe aims to minimise such distress and risk. Free wristbands and information cards are available at the Information Kiosk.

Car Valet Service

Lewisham Shopping now boasts a new car washing service, "Car Valet UK". You can now have your vehicle cleaned whilst enjoying your shopping experience in the shopping centre. 

With prices starting from £4.95, you can choose your options from a 3 star valet up to a 5 star Plus. Check out the service on your next visit to Lewisham Shopping.

"Car Valet UK" can be found on the first level of the centre's car park. To gain access to the service, customers must enter the car park by using the first entry barrier on the left hand side at the top of the ramp.
